"Great hostel, guests were quiet and respectful. Tap cards access the doors and lockers. I would have loved to leave my bag in a locker, but that was not available so I left it under the stairs and came back later for it for an additional 5Euro. "

"Moinho da Areia was an amazing place to stay on vacation. It was located on the beach so we had beautiful views. The property was in amazing condition and very clean. The breakfast was excellent and had a large selection of offerings. Everything about this stay was excellent. "

"Wonderful experience in nature and relaxation at this spa hotel located in a famous botanical garden. Most of the staff is five star from the bar to breakfast to the main restaurant. There is an employee in the bar and another at breakfast who need to be trained to the level of their magnificent peers. Other than that, the professionalism of the staff, the manicured gardens, the majestic thermal baths and surroundings were idyllic. My only suggestion would be that they add more lighting around the baths—even if with LED strip lighting for safety and ambience. "

"This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at! From the minute we walked in the door the service was 10 out of 10. Room was beautiful! We went up to the bar and the two men that were working were so informative and shared places to go an check out while visiting. The breakfast in the morning was nothing but AMAZING! I have never seen such a spread from made to order omelettes to freshly made yogurt to homemade granola! wow! Wow wow! We will definitely return!!!"

"This aparthotel was very clean and updated. Staff at front desk were very helpful if you needed something. Breakfast room was nice and food was excellent. We had a two bedroom ocean view which was quiet, clean and had a nice view of the harbor. The sofa bed was sized for small children so they needed to provide us with a rollaway bed for my adult son. Just something to keep in mind as it was not obvious when I booked. The beds in the bedrooms were American doubles, so could not be split into twin beds."
