"Excellent position for visiting all major attractions. We never saw Reception manned the whole time of our four night stay. Cleaning was only every other day and you needed to request it and coffee was not re stocked. On the day of our departure we asked if we could leave our luggage and this request was denied"

"The location is good but the rooms are tight with uncomfortable an over used mattresses. The most annoying thing is that the bathroom is outside the room shared with others . Even though the bathroom is big with hot water and everything needed. "

"We loved our 2 night stay at Bubusuites! The hotel itself is quiet and perfectly located. The space itself is beautiful, clean and had the cutest balcony! Marina was absolutely lovely and checked us in upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!"

"The listing was deceitful it implied beach property. The area is rundown with abandoned properties all around. It is a 10 minut walk to the beach in a nasty area. The property was clean. The communications with property were via email only with responses the next day. No refund was available once we booked."

"We had a great stay here. It's a simple accommodation, but it was nicely located near a park and mall area with a lot of shopping and dining options! The host was very communicative and friendly. I was nervous about the check-in process, but the building was easy to find and the codes worked seamlessly. Would recommend this property! Thanks for our great stay!"

"We had an enjoyable five night stay and it's really convenient for the city centre which is literally a few minutes walk so eating/shopping not a problem. The bus stops we used were about ten mins walk and the nearest Metro stn is about 15-20mins walk. Room was excellent with quiet AC. A couple more mains sockets would have been handy. "This was a superb Villa well appointed in a secure and walled urbanisation. It was immaculately clean and the pool water was changed twice per day. I would highly recommend this. A Metro station at Masia de Traver was a short walk away and allowed no hassle connection to Vallencia shops and markets."

"We enjoyed staying in the hotel. Excellent location to use Turia Gardens for running and walking to the museums and Old Town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and all speak very good English. They were also very attentive to our needs for taxi and local sight seeing advice. All in all, the hotel is well maintained and has good ambience. Buffet breakfast was excellent, too."

Exactly what we needed

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is perfectly located for visiting the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia. It is also in a very close proximity of two big shopping centres and a variety of restaurants, grill bars and coffee and snacks places Our room was on the first floor, cleaned every morning. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a plentiful breakfast. We found it a good value for our money."
