"We had a great time staying at this location. Good location close enough to town for food and drinks while still be far enough away to feel like you’re out in the wild. Our stay revolved around ice fishing and this location was great as we could fish the flowage just walking out from the property. Also very close to other very good fishing lakes. "

"It was snug for more than a couple of folks and gear but sufficed for a place to overnight. Parking was easy to get in and out with a trailer and location was convenient to town. Host was promptly responsive to inquiries. Nice setting on the lake."

"Great cabin in the middle of no where!! Just like I wanted. Amazing sunrise and sunsets over the pond. Stars are amazing to sit and look at next to a campfire. Nice trails to walk through the property, rocks that are amazing. Then just down the road is a creek you can explore, cold fresh water, lots of next rocks.One of the best trips I’ve done in a couple of years. "

"Our a-frame cabin was clean and warm for our sub-zero stay in mid February. The view of the snow covered frozen lake was awesome. Our host was very warm and friendly, and although we didn't need anything, was available any time we went down to the cozy little restaurant where you could always find her. Our dinner there was delicious, at our table right next to the warm fireplace. We hope to be back soon !!"

"We stayed here for two nights with our dogs and it was great. Check in was smooth and the house was clean. The views were beautiful, especially in the morning with the sunrise and the fog over the lake. The doggos got to swim and run around in the yard. Comfy bed. Quiet neighborhood, very relaxing and peaceful. "

"The Bunkhouse was an excellent choice for our stay—relaxing, charming, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful experience. "The property worked great for our group. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room for all couples. One of the showers did not work but that was a minor issue. Would highly suggest cleaning the gutters before winter. Would have been nice to have the pine needles cleaned off the deck but overall very happy with stay and location. We would rent again. "
