"The Waters is a great place when you want kid fun but not Wisconsin Dells prices. We go several times a year when visiting our grandkids (ages 8 & 9) up north. The indoor water park is small, with 2 pools, a great slide, and a little kiddie fun pool. The rooms are big and bright, and the staff is always pleasant and welcoming. The only shortfall is the limited dining, which is pretty much pub fare. Not much for vegetarians except frozen crust pizza. But the grandkids like mini corn dogs, so...

"I was traveling with my Labrador to take her to be bred which meant a 2 - 3 day stay. So I needed a pet-friendly hotel. I booked a King efficiency in order to have a small kitchenette and to have a bit more floor space. My room was on the first floor and near an outside door next to the green space for pets which made it easy to walk my dog outdoors as needed during the day and at night.
