"We absolutely loved our stay. Check in was easy and we were lucky enough to have one of the car spaces outside. The staff were extremely helpful and really nice. We explored Conwy for the afternoon before returning for an evening meal. The food was amazing and service was excellent. We had breakfast the next morning which was 10/10 we really enjoyed it. The hotel allowed us to leave our car whilst we went to get our children a present. We will definitely return, the hotel itself was amazing and our room was fantastic. "

"I arrived later than I had planned and was very cold as I was on my motorbike on my way to the Dragon Rally. When I arrived in my room, the heating was on and the room was lovely and warm. It really made a difference and was much appreciated. Usually when I arrive at a hotel, the heating is off. Lovely staff, great location and excellent value for money. "
