"We wanted somewhere quiet, secluded and far away from reality, this hit the spot perfectly! We weren't far from Llanberis where we had some great food and went on a beautiful walk to the castle. The cottage was well equipped and gave us the chance to feel properly nestled in the mountain. We used our time their to celebrate my partners birthday, and begin art projects we've been preparing for. We met a couple of others in Fachwen and they were so lovely and helpful! "We had a cosy time in this cottage, which was good as the weather was pretty rubbish. We couldn't enjoy the lovely views until late each day as we were envelopped in thick fog. However, it was a perfect hideaway and we enjoyed the log fire. Plenty of exploring in the area but you need a sturdy car to get about!"

"Really lovely cottage in a great location. Pub just down the road is fantastic, lovely food and warm welcome. Walk to Beddgelert great, lots of walks on the doorstep. Only thing to mention is that parking is not on site- it’s on the road outside. We only struggled for a space once as it’s a quiet enough road. Would definitely return. "
