North Coast 500 Pods
5/5 Excellent
"The setup is very good; the surrounding area, beaches, and Hermit's Castle are why we booked here for two nights.
Unfortunately, the builders opposite decided to start work with a digger and heavy roller before 8 a.m., so our stay wasn't exactly peaceful. This was not the owner's fault, I should add.
The pod was large and comfortable, but it really needs Starlink, as we couldn't use the internet on our phones. Some might find this acceptable, but others might not.
Not being able to watch TV was disappointing for the price we paid. Both nights were the same.
Don't let that put you off; I'm sure the groundworks are now finished, and some people don't mind not having TVs.
We walked for miles, drove to other beaches, and enjoyed the area, and we recommend it to everyone.
It won't put us off visiting their other site of pods on the east side of the NC500 next year"
