"This is a nice Hotel. The only downside was that my room was really hot. Unfortunately the Breakfqst at £14.95 ways too expensive for my work budget. The evening meal was nice but a bit on the high side price wise for what it was"

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IT IS CLOSED. After a 20 mile day on a walking trip we turned up to find the place closed. On contacting hotels.com they spent 45 minutes trying to find us alternative accomodation and having failed they hung up and never called us back. Left stranded and getting dark we could only find a place 40 miles away available and had to sort transport to and from ourselves which left us £200 out of pocket let alone a massive inconvenience. Hotels.com have still not called us...

"Stunning views from inside and outside of the house. Well equipped kitchen and loved the coffee machine. Incredible coastal walks which the dog loved. Loved watching the sunset and the moon rising at the same time which you don’t get living in a city. Thank you Michael."

"The property is nestled away in a very quiet space off the road with wonderful views of the surrounding area. Home is well presented with everything you'd need whilst away from your own home. The only niggle we had was the size of the beds. Plenty of space for king size beds, reading the guest book, we're not alone in thinking this. "Everything you could need for a peaceful relaxing stay. All the amenities literally on your door step Morrisons daily, chip shop, couple of pubs, chemist ice cream parlour and the beach literally a few foot steps from the door. The house was clean and had everything you could need and the hot tub was amazing. The garden is steep but we managed it ok it’s just to bear in mind of your not so good with. Steps would def stay again absolutely loved it "

"Everything about our stay was perfect. It was a peaceful night kid free night away for myself, partner and pooch. Normally we get a scruffy room because we have a dog but this hotel doesn’t do scruffy. It was immaculate inside and out and the decor was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. It is the perfect location to get away from it all and the scenery is beautiful being right next to the straits. The food was second to none and great choice of drinks. We had a room with a balcony which was a real treat and unexpected. I can’t wait to return. "
