"We had a fantastic stay at Best Western Plaza. The rooms were comfortable and of a decent size and the pool was very inviting on a lovely warm Easter Sunday. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of variety. Above all, the staff were very kind and helpful. I asked at reception for a mattress topper and it was brought to the room within 5 minutes of asking. Excellent service :)"

"Great location! Absolutely friendly staff and they have many amenities that you need. 7 minutes walk to the Elli beach, 10 minutes to the old town. 40 minutes on the public bus from the airport. Would definitely be staying there again"

" Hotel has modern feel to lobby, new gym which has good equiptment range. Pool area is nice with lovely loungers, kept clean. Hotel is clean, the staff take great pride in keeping it this way Reception team are kind, polite, always say hi and help where and if you need it. We felt this really made our stay. Great breakfast selection, not too busy. Beds are comfortable and very big Situated away from the main busy tourist areas but surrounded by local restaurants and coffee places which all sell much nicer food. Walkable to the busier areas / port etc. Air con that works Overall as two female travellers always felt very safe in area and in hotel - Rooms are nice but are somewhat dated, our bathroom had old peeling silicone. - Noise really travels through the vent syatem - we had a very loud quest next door who came back at midnight and made noise until 2am. Reception did kindly sort this when we informed them of it. - TV only had 4 working channels, I didn't inform reception of this as it wasn't a massive issue (the area around is too beautiful to be watching TV!). "

"I have stayed at the Esperia on many occasions. The hotel is extremely well run. The staff are 'wonderful', always friendly and helpful. The location is near to the beach, the Mandraki ( harbour) and the Old Town. It is also convenient for bus services."

"Rania, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She thoroughly explained everything and gave excellent local recommendations. And most importantly she helped with my lost handbag; I left my handbag behind during the checkout process. The bag has passports and other important stuff. I came back to look for it and she had it ready on the front desk…phew… She’s a life saver!!"
