"The hotel was damp with black mould on the wall. Fortunately the hotel seemed to accept this and allowed me to leave with a refund. Hotels.com were wonderful and upgraded my stay with no further cost to me and even provided me with transportation by refund for taxi to my new upgraded accommodation."
