"Last-minute stay booked due to flight delay. Unpleasant surprises: shuttle service ended before we arrived. Breakfast ended at 9:30. I watched several people turned away when they went for breakfast. Should serve later, especially when so many of the customers are travelers dealing with late nights and odd schedules. 10:30 would be much more compassionate. "We love this hotel! This was our 3rd stay here this past year and will be back again in just over a month. Clean, comfortable, quiet, clean, beautiful hotel with friendly staff, a great restaurant and fantastic bar. Very easy getting into Boston with the Blue line being right in back of the hotel. Starbuck's right off the lobby, the ocean across the street, and being able to see planes takeoff and land...just wonderful! "

"The rooms were well-appointed, comfortable, clean with modern fixtures and appliances. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection of food options and the restaurant area very clean and comfortable. The gym area was spacious and well-equipped. Overall the hotel is good value for money.
