I said no way, I reserved on Orbitz, why are you charging me double? He then made a call and said we have your card we will figure it out. The hotel is really child friendly, the staff in the play room took good care of our to daughters, three and six years old, despite som language barriers. A nice SPA with a fantastic view of Zugspitze and the surrounding alps. Since everything was included it was really easy to relax."
