"The staff and service are impeccable. The bar is a wonderland which is second to the sitting room that has glorious dark wood and dim lighting. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the turndown service offers delicious sweet. I was greeted at the front desk with an offer of champagne . That just let me know that this is an exceptional boutique hotel. Security and bell service lets you know that you are entering a 5 star hotel when you first arrive. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are kind, thoughtful and extremely pleasant. Just walking around the hotel you feel warmth instead of just cold glass and steel that you sometimes get from large hotel chains. The bottom line is that this hotel ( “ The Hotel Casa Lucia ) is an excellent hotel and I will be staying there on my return. "

"This is a modern industrial hotel with a beautiful aquarium. Location was excellent and felt safe walking around at night with my family. The food was great and better than American hotels that include breakfast! What amazed me was that our housekeeper asked me twice over our 5day stay how our room and service was?!!! That just shows you pride in workmanship...something American hotel chains have lost a long time ago."

"This hotel is a moderate facility. If you like fancy this isn’t a place to stay. Rooms are moderately good side. We stayed only one night. Bed and pillows are not comfortable at all but that is the price you pay. Location is a plus. It is in the center of the main attractions. "
