"Perfect for a relaxing all-inclusive short break. We were there in October and the pool areas, which are lovely, were still busy. There is access to the sea though the beach itself is quite stony. The buffet food at the resort is good quality and provided enough variety during the three days we were there that we didn't feel the need to book one of the a la carte restaurants. The hotel offers a bus trip to Cefalu and the town is most definitely worth visiting - you will ant to spend longer...

"This hotel was set right on the water with a private beach, kayaks, and paddle boat. Our room was very large, and all the rooms have their own balcony. The hotel is very quiet because nobody is above or below you in another room. It's so easy to drive into Cefalu and park, and the hotel has its own parking lot. The breakfast was fine, rather basic, but overall, we loved the setting right on the ocean and would happily stay again. "

"I want to point out: there are no swimming pool nor hot tub. It was important for me. On another hand, the location is perfect. Short walk from the train station. Mostly, flat. Big grocery store within 600 metras. You can have your breakfast on a terrace, looking on a blue water of the sea. Breakfast very fulfilling. "

"Charming old school euro hotel. Service was outstanding. Staff courteous and friendly. We loved the location and hotel that we booked in an extra night. Cefalu is a great place to visit in Sicily. We stayed 6 days. Never got tired of walking to every meal and just enjoying the atmosphere. Hike to the Castle and Greek temple by just walking from the hotel. A truly great experience. "This hotel was very comfortable and situated in the old city, which is ideal. Parking is a challenge, but the hotel was very helpful to send excellent instruction to their own private parking. Make sure you are aware of the traffic restrictions so you can drop your bags near the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff."

"This was a really fabulous week in Caltavuturo. Susanne has a created a welcoming and beautifully styled home and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. There are many hidden places around the property to relax, whether it’s by the pool, on the terrace on the long outdoor sofa or upstairs on the terrace outside the main apartment. The kitchen is really well stocked with appliances. There are two fridges so plenty of storage space. The Weber grill was perfectly clean and easy to use....

"Our group covered friends and family aged 21 - 80+. This beautiful property had everything we needed; gorgeous views, multiple eating areas, lovely pool, fruit trees, lovely bedrooms, table tennis area, BBQ and even a pizza oven. Plus Amica, the gorgeous and adorable owners dog. The photographs do not do it justice! "We loved this property. Located in the beautiful countryside of Pergusa, La Casa del Poeta is a great place to unwind after a day of site seeing. It is centrally located between Enna and Piazza del Romano and only an hour from Agrigento and the Valley of Temples. The host, Guiliana, was wonderful sharing information about the area and providing recommendations for food, sights and travel. The breakfast is included with lots of options to choose from. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it. "

"We spent three days at the property. Have absolutely no complaints. The restaurant meals, complimentary breakfast and their snack bar food were all fabulous. We participated in a wine tasting dinner, it was great. Also did a wine tour which was very interesting. Their staff are lovely, the grounds are extensive and make for fabulous hiking. All around, we'd go back in a heartbeat."

Lovely apartment in peaceful location just outside the charming town of Castelbuono

"Our host was very friendly and helpful, giving us tips on the local region and keeping the attractive outside area clean. The patio and pool area looks across a mountain view, changing in the light from dawn to dusk. The apartment provided everything we needed including indoor and outdoor cooking facilities. Castelbuono is well served for bars, restaurants and points of interest. It sits in the Madonie nature reserve so is good for walking and wildlife ."
