"Ezdan palace Ramesh in reception is a gem to the hotel. I checkin at 21.00 and he directly address me by name and went above and beyond to ensure providing anything i might need and ensure im comfortable and happy, unfortunately due to my very short stay in the hotel i didnt needed but good sleep. "My family and I decided to stay here during new year. The room was nice, larger than in the pictures but dimmer than expected. The LED lights inside the room were cool and everything was pretty high-tech, however there was some issues controlling the AC temperature with the iPad provided. Moreover, the view was underwhelming due to it being blocked by the outer part of the Torch building. Room service could also use improvement as it took 2 hours before we received our requested water bottles...
