"If I could give twenty stars I would! Rafael was so incredible. I stay in many different hotels for work and have never had such a pleasant check in experience. He took the time to show us hot spots, explain the room, coffee machine, etc. The whole team at this property were wonderful, we felt truly at home. "The Hotel was very well located, close to the Train station and has a lot of dining options around. Room and bathroom were more in the small side but comfortable enough if you are just going there to rest and sleep. Staff was nice. Wifi worked ok. Overall was good."

"We had a great time at Cesare Balbo Inn. Luca was incredibly warm and helpful - taking his time to make sure we were fully situated and give suggestions for our trip in Rome. After some poor experiences with the staff is another hotel in Milan, this was so refreshing. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. They bring you a simple Italian breakfast of croissants and tea/coffee each morning, which is a nice touch. Location was also good! Close to the Roma Termini station and in...

"A very friendly staff and right in the middle of Rome’s tourist attraction. 1.5 miles/30 minutes walking to the Borghese Gallery, .8 miles/20 minutes walking to railway station, .5 miles/10 minutes walking to the Colosseum and 2.5 miles/1 hour walking to Vatican City. Lots of eating establishments close by and we would choose to stay here again."
