"We have just returned home from a wonderful 5 night stay in Beussent. The village is lovely and peaceful with a lovely stream running through. The house itself was great, a little small upstairs and I did feedback that they should advertise bedroom 2 as interconnecting. This is ideal for families with smaller children but with 3 teenagers - not ideal. The downstairs space and garden was perfect. We visited Montreuil many times and beautiful Le Touquet. Would 100% return and the weather was HOT!"

"Ideal location for the good quality golf courses in the area. Whilst this is a good property there were a few areas that we thought could be improved on. We arrived on a Sunday evening and shops are closed in France. A welcome pack with a few essentials would be appreciated. Listing on VRBO advised that towels were provided, none in the gite, not even a tea towel for drying up. Outside areas could do with a tidy and the grass cut and patio furniture requires a clean or an upgrade. On a positive,...

However, we are older visitors, one who has poor health and we needed a restful and peaceful stay. "It was a very nice location but the pictures do not reflect current state of the equipment and furniture. The beds head rest was constantly pealing off the faux leather all over the pillows. Host promised a bed ready for our 5 year old but no sheets or pillows or cover was provided until second day of stay. The garden furniture was covered in old birds poo so in order to use we had to clean it. There was no soap or toilet paper for our arrival so to wash our hands we had to do shopping first....
