"We have just returned home from a wonderful 5 night stay in Beussent. The village is lovely and peaceful with a lovely stream running through. The house itself was great, a little small upstairs and I did feedback that they should advertise bedroom 2 as interconnecting. This is ideal for families with smaller children but with 3 teenagers - not ideal. The downstairs space and garden was perfect. We visited Montreuil many times and beautiful Le Touquet. Would 100% return and the weather was HOT!"

"Ideal location for the good quality golf courses in the area. Whilst this is a good property there were a few areas that we thought could be improved on. We arrived on a Sunday evening and shops are closed in France. A welcome pack with a few essentials would be appreciated. Listing on VRBO advised that towels were provided, none in the gite, not even a tea towel for drying up. Outside areas could do with a tidy and the grass cut and patio furniture requires a clean or an upgrade. On a positive,...

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage and premises were very nice with a lovely pool. Very convenient and near to other attractions, lovely walks and beaches. However, we are older visitors, one who has poor health and we needed a restful and peaceful stay. "We had a great time staying at the gite in the lovely grounds of the chateau. The house is rustic but full of character and we really loved staying there. The grounds were very good for our young children, helped by the fabulous weather we were lucky to have. They enjoyed playing ball games and sitting in the deck chairs enoying their dinner.
