"The kitchen was very dirty. The knives in the knife block on the counterhad dried up food on them, the countertops had food stains on them, and there was one tiny cutting board. The bedroom was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The owner/contact was very nice and helpful."

"It isn't really a suite, more like a dorm, and we were disappointed to find out that the bathroom was outside of our unit, and the shared kitchen was at a different floor and didn't even have stickers to mark the owners of the food items in the shared fridge. The room was very small, no table, no chair, not even a hook to hang a coat. The facility is sparkling new and clean, but the work quality seems so-so, especially poor sound insulation. "A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. "Small room but I knew this before my stay so it was no surprise, what did surprise me was the closet was quite spacious and the bathroom was as well. Overall a very comfortable stay. Vince is a great host. "

"This place was perfect and exactly what my partner and I needed. I would absolutely stay here again. It was about 10 minutes away from the Chinese Garden which we had late tickets for. The host is fast, considerate, honest and so easy to communicate with. The space is private, though it is attached to a larger house, we didnt hear footsteps or anything. The hot tub is fabulous, everything was clean and tidy.. no complaints at all. "
