"When we arrived to check in we were rushed. The guy managing the place told us he had left the key to our room in the door. When we made it to our room it looked nothing like the pictures, more like a cheap cabin on a lake. It was also freezing in the room. It was like 30 degrees Fahrenheit and no heat had been turned on. "Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. "Location is excellent - stone’s throw from main station and metro station. Room was compact and clean and I slept well each night. There was a coffee capsule machine plus a variety of tea bags. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices to suit all diets. Also, the hotel has a large well-equipped gym on the 1st floor. The hotel provided a transport card - very very useful. Thank you. I will stay here again."
