We commented as we left that he must have watched videos or read the book on how to create a great VRBO. Good stuff:1. He's very quick on communication and answered a bunch of questions;2. Very easy to check in with a code on the front door. Lights were on and there was a garage door opener on the front table, which allowed me to pull the van into the garage and unload. "Booked a few months in advance and Ariel was very helpful and responsive. The house is around 5 mins close to many fast food restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, a train station, etc. There was an abundant of necessitys provided, I really appreciated the small touches like every dish and cooking utensil you could think of even basic cooking or baking supplies, extra blankets, bathroom supplies, a pullout bed, tv's with wife, the theatre plus a nitendo switch! A washer & dryer and soap!...

The "office" bedroom has to be walked through for all three occupants of the bedrooms upstairs. We already knew bedroom #1 and #2 were connected. Since the evenings were cool enough for use of the funace we had a very strong fuel oil odor drifting up through return vents on the first floor all...
