"Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. This house is set in such a beautiful location. We enjoyed our days at the house and exploring the island. Nothing is too far away and restaurants are in walking distance. Antonio was very accommodating and response to any and all questions:concerns. I would definitely recommend staying at this property."

"We loved this house. Location was rural but only 10 mins to Ponta Delgada. The views across the cornfield to the ocean....amazing. The kithen was well-equipped with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Our host was quick to respond with any queries. If we were to return to Sao Miguel we would definitely co sider this house again."

"Beautiful gated location on the very end of a dead end lane. Gardens are gorgeous with sculptures created by owner and many seating areas throughout the property. Bonita and Ed were very helpful with local issues such as restaurants, shopping, etc."

"This rental was recommended to us and am so glad it was. What a peaceful place! Beautiful gardens and the hosts are remarkable. Our flights were cancelled and Bonita worked with us to make some changes. They offered wonderful restaurant suggestions and spots to visit. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Nouvelle in Mosteiros, which is about a 40 minute drive from Ponta Delgada. The view from the place is just spectacular. I will definitely stay here again if I am able to visit Sao Miguel in the future. The place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive to questions."

Flowers and art in every location of the park like gardens

"It’s a beautiful setting in the garden. The home is roomy and cozy, it has everything you need. It had a musty smell which is typical, I kept the windows open always which got rid of the smell. Windows have screens which is much appreciated! It is below another apartment so you do hear some footsteps and noise. This is why I didn’t give it full stars. You can sometimes hear dogs and loud cars in the distance but it’s not too bothersome."

"We stayed for 10 nights and enjoyed Antonio’s home in the Azores. He provided lots of information and answered any/all questions. The house gave us a feeling of traditional, rural Azorean countryside living - Complete with cows and a lovely little horse in the pastures beyond. It is well situated and central to main highways and roads. António’s description of his house is completely accurate."

"We rented a 1 bedroom apartment which was spacious and had a living room, small kitchen and separate bedroom/bathroom area. Small balcony with chairs. "This was a fantastic hotel and we would definitely come back! Location could not be better, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and well kept up, and it has everything you need whether you’re staying in or going out exploring. Pros: - We were fresh off a red eye flight and were given a free room upgrade and early check in! - Location is super easy to access from the main highways but is still just a 5 minute walk from the center of Ribeira Grande. - Central location means you’re close to Ponta Delgada and it’s still easy to get to both sides of the island. - Staff are friendly and helpful. - Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and modern. - Shower water pressure is fantastic. - Free breakfast is a nice addition and has many options. - Great gym for a hotel, pools and sauna are fantastic. - Bed is comfortable (if you like a firm mattress). - Easy and ample parking Cons: - Food at breakfast is generally room temperature. - Rooms are not super sound proof. - Limited restaurant options in the immediate area and the hotel’s restaurant is expensive."
