"The chalet is well equipped and has a great location, with very nice views from terrace and balcony. From the chalet we could start several hikes with amazing views. We also drove to other attractions not far away, like the Kaprun dams and the Hintertux glacier. We enjoyed a lovely stay in the area and can highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay at Schonbacher Hof, the house is well equipped to make meals, comfy beds and has plenty of seating space to relax after a day of skiing. The gondola and fire pit outside are such a lovely way to spend the evening as well. They have thought of everything.The host, Koen, is very responsive and helpful if you ask for advice. "Die Unterkunft lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Glatte 5 Sterne. Wir waren mit mit 15 Leuten im Februar da, der Platz war mehr als ausreichend, die Räumlichkeiten sauber und mit Charme. Oben drauf gibts eine tolle Aussicht ins Tal und nebenan eine tolle Gastwirtschaft mit leckerem Essen. Draußen steht auch ein toller Grill. "Das Haus ist einfach aber gut ausgestattet, wir waren mit 9 Personen dort. Da war das Maximum ausgeschöpft, zumindest wenn alle an einem Tisch sitzen wollen. Die Kinder haben sich über die Dusche beschwert, es wird eben ab und zu auch kalt, dann wieder warm. Für mich war es o.k.. Es gibt genügend Geschirr/Gläser etc. für alle. Der Topflappen muss allerdings mal neu, so dreckig und eklig. Kostet vielleicht 4 Euro. Sowas muss m.E. immer blick behalten werden. Der Backofen schreit auch nach einer...

"Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft, vorallem fürs Skifahren. Die Zimmer und Betten sind in Ordnung. Küche hat das nötigste. Im oberen Bad war leider recht viel Schimmel in der Dusche. Den Hochstuhl haben wir zufällig gefunden, ein Beistellbett gab es nicht. Die Bergbahn ist zu Fuß in 2 min zu errechen. Bei 17 Personen allerdings fragwürdig eng... Für einen eher kurzzeitigen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen, wenn man es eher einfach mag."

"Das Haus ist zentral in Kirchberg gegegen. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof, den Skibus und die wenigen Schritte bis ins Zentrum, kann man das Auto gut stehen lassen.Das Haus hat 8 Schlafzimmer, wobei 6 der Zimmer mit Waschbecken und TV ausgestattet sind. Es wurden jüngst einige Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Die Bäder wirken sehr neu und in der Küche gibt es nun einen Hochtisch sowie einen großen neuen Esstisch. Wir waren mit 13 Personen im Haus - das war schon recht eng um den Tisch, aber...

"Cozy, well appointed cabin in the mountains overlooking the Zillertal valley. Beautiful views of the mountains and with local amenities a short drive away. Across from the Kaltenbach ski resort with great rental shop in town. The cabin itself is absolutely lovely. Clean and modern with traditional touches and comfortable for a group of 6-8. Would highly recommend! "

"We enjoyed our time here. Very modern, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the easy walking path into the village. Just be mindful that it is kind of a mix type location. They have a spa and restaurant like a hotel, but you do not get daily cleaning service and you are responsible for having to empty your own trash/clean at the end of your stay-less like a traditional hotel. Nothing bad-we were just thrown off since it is called a resort. We would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"Absolute Empfehlung! Eine Stunde Aufstieg zum Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Jeder Schritt hat sich gelohnt - die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe und Charakter eingerichtet und es war rund um stimmig. Super gemütliches Zimmer und großer Aufenthaltsraum zum Entspannen. Sehr leckeres Essen - Frühstück und Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. Der Saunabesuch war eine tolle Möglichkeit, den Aufenthalt ausklingen zu lassen! "

"Super friendly & helpful staff at reception. Helped us find a dining venue & organised free tourist tickets for the fortress. We parked directly under the hotel with easy hotel access. Breakfast was a generous spread of the usual European options. The view of the fortress at night from the balcony of the spa area was spectacular. Room was basic, but sufficient."

"We are very glad with the choice we've made. It was an excellent retreat! The overall facility was in great shape and easy to get around. The breakfast was fabulous! We loved the spa, especially in the evening after our arrival when we struggled with a 6-hour jetlag as well as the next day after skiing at Kitzbuhel. Our room was next to the elevator and we were concerned about noise. However, the sound insulation was so good that it felt like nobody else was in the hotel. We will definitely consider it again when visiting the area. "
