"The property is beautiful surrounded by lemon trees. It is located off of a busy road which is only accessible by vehicle. You can't walk to Noto, it is very dangerous. You definitely need a car and if I had known, i would not have stayed there. The owner Fabrizio was very helpful and so was Sergio. The Breakfast was mediocre, and beds were comfortable. "The rooms were large and comfortable and breakfast was adequate. Parking will be an issue during peak holiday season. And, accessing the property in a large vehicle will be impossible since the road is SO NARROW. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and we were able to walk everywhere within Avola. Most restaurants were already closed for the season when we visited in early Nov so bear that in mind if you plan to visit during the off season."
