"Lovely hotel easy walking distance from downtown Lewes. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was immaculate and lit by blue lights when overhead light was off: very pretty. Delicious cappuccino maker in lobby. Only downside were the carpets in our room which need to be replaced because of stains. Would stay there again. "

"We LOVED this place. This was our first time to Rehoboth, and we came in the off-season, so it was extremely quiet. The Bellmoor Inn is lovely and charming. We had a garden room, which is small and intimate, which was great for us. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. "The house was clean with plenty of space and extras to make the week comfortable. Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!"

"The house was perfect for our family to get together for our wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone to comfortably visit with each other. Rooms were comfortable. House was well kept and the owner was great with communication. "

"My husband and I spent a week in Bill's house and had an absolutely great time there. The location is ideal, in a quiet and green residential neighborhood by the canal, yet very close to the town center and the beaches. The backyard is lovely and we had most of our meals there. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. We were provided two bikes which we rode on a daily basis to discover Rehoboth Beach. Bill is a brilliant host. He lives next door and is super responsive and helpful....
