"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. There were many flies when the cows are nearby. I recommend keeping the de-humidifier on at all times. Everything in the uint was well kept and in working order. We would definitively recommend it...
