"Very quaint place to stay. We loved the old world ambiance. Breakfast didn’t offer enough protein but was good. The beach is a close walk. Very nice place to stay. It was hot so we had to sleep with the windows open and could hear some people talking in the courtyard until really late. "

"Comfortable and elegant hotel with access to stylish outdoor pool and thermal bath included. Our pet dog was welcomed but not allowed in the dining room or by the outdoor pool - OK in summer when you can eat on the patio. Short drive from Solares to Santander."

"This was the second occasion we visited this hotel prior to getting the ferry in Santander, which is a short 17 mins drive away. We found the hotel extremely well run by very friendly staff and, fortunately for us, all the reception staff spoke very good English. Our booking included a continental breakfast, an optional extra for an evening meal was an open buffet. This was very reasonably priced with a wide choice, and we would thoroughly recommend it. Will definitely us visit again in the future. Extremely good value all round "
