"Everything was ready tidy and the rooms are perfectly clean. I had trouble sleeping because it was warm in my room and there was no fan. Also, people were smoking and talking on phones right outside my window. A small fan in the room would have covered the sound and kept the smoke out. The employees were great and very helpful. "

"No restaurant for evenings. Shower not powerful. One of the mattresses a bit out of shape. No english channels on tv. Only German speaking programs. If one gets hungry, best order a takeaway. A bit disappointing for a 4 star rating. "
