"We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. "Loved the apartment, especially the sun lounge area with huge sliding doors that open out to the sea. Comfortable beds. There is no air conditioning so it could use a fan or two in the apartment for comfort. Shower head had great water pressure. Property owners extremely kind and quick to respond to questions/needs. Felt very safe and secure. Great location, water park, food, shopping, beaches etc. Would definitely return to this place again. "

"Terrible experience. The agent told us YOU did not communicaye our booking and that she never received it. We had to find other accomodation , at exhorbitant prices, because we had no choice. This is the busiest time of the year. Did you communicate my booking. Did she mess it up? Im extremely unsatisfied. We now sit in a little house far away from the sea, at an exorbitantly inflated rate."

"This was truly a piece of Heaven for us. Waking up laying in bed seeing the sunrise with those views were such a treat.
