"We enjoyed our 10-day stay, especially privacy for 3 adult women each in their own bedroom with an AC unit. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. However a number of items we expected to be supplied (corkscrew, salt & pepper, shampoo, bath soap, batteries for remotes, laundry detergent, enough toilet paper for our stay) were absent. We had to buy those items. We waited 4 days for a missing bathtub plug to be sent by Amazon. If only a few items had been missing or we had received a quicker...

"Ovedale fit my needs perfectly! It was a pleasant 3 day stay within a beautifully landscaped property. So peaceful, safe and clean. There was a grocery store about 4 miles away. I wasn’t a fan of the compost toilet but I signed up knowing that. It was so much more fun than staying in a hotel."

"We were looking to explore the area and Rainbow River and this place was excellent!! Plenty of room for everyone and the property is extremely cozy and relaxing. We spent 4 days floating the Rainbow River, enjoyed the fire pit, and dinning in some of the local restaurants. We are a big fan of the Crab Plant and it was within a 30 minute drive so it was perfect."

"This beautiful rustic cabin was the perfect jumping off location for the things we had on our bucket list. We couldn't have asked for a better host. We fast became friends sharing our respective stories in conversation. One of the nicest people we have ever met. The cabin has a well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and a comfortable living room for relaxing at the end of the day. We enjoyed breakfast on the back screened porch while watching the roosters and hens and the newly hatched chick...

"The stay was okay. Nick was nice and helpful. The main issue is that we couldn’t find the place. If it weren’t for some very kind people that lived off the main road, we would have abandoned our stay. There was no cell service so we lost our ability to use GPS and we couldn’t message the host to get better directions. The road leading up bro the area is supposed to be 199th Place, but the road sign says 108th Place. There is no sign for 199th place. Because of this, and how bad...
