"EPEC (both of you) were absolutely amazing when I met them on arrival. So kind, helpful, informative and could not do enough to accommodate me and my family. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated by the amazing cleaning ladies - thank you. Rajesh, thank you for managing such a great team downstairs in the Breakfast hall, all ladies especially Mama, were fantastic and put a smile on my face. "This is good option to stay in London, close to the overground station and bus stops. The hotel is tiny but clean and safe. The staff was always attentive to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible."

"Check-in was complicated as e-mail warning of the £50 up-front deposit and need for photo ID was sent to junk mail. Parking is advertised as included in the price, when it’s available on a first come, first served basis and there are only TWO spaces! Bed was not comfortable, only 1 pillow and that felt like resting your head on a patio slab!! On the plus side it was exceptionally cheap and I guess you get what you pay for. "
