"This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very discrete which actually made it feel very safe. It is more like a converted house than a traditional hotel with lobby. Each room has a video doorbell. Room and property very clean, bed very comfortable and all necessary amenities included such as kettle, tea and coffee, smart TV, great shower, air con etc. Great value, very pleasantly surprised would stay again. "This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

"I traveled from the US with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and my nephew (16 yrs old). We were visiting friends near Richmond, London, England. We were also traveling around England with a rental car. Most hotels around England do not come with parking so this is a big plus. They have an underground parking where you use a PIN to enter and exit. There is not much to do around the neighborhood but since we have a car it was not an issue. "I booked for Christmas to be close to a sick relative and was pleasantly surprised by how great the communication was before arrival. They offered me a complimentary upgrade which was overly appreciated! On arrival, check in was easy - there is 24 hour security. Lovely property, clean big rooms and had everything could need. Much preferred over a hotel. My only issue was the location of Kilburn isn’t great however it does have great tube access to central. "

"It was an absolutely amazing stay at the Regency for my wife, 5 year old daughter and me. Safe and cozy neighborhood close to the tube and convenient corner stores. The management was very responsive and helpful and happened to have someone there when we checked in that helped us with the bags and showed us around the flat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
