"I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. "I thought this was a hotel. These are villas and timeshares. We only spent the night and had to leave at 5:45am, but needed to throw our trash out in the bins and leave our laundry in a basket. It was just odd. I would have never stayed there for a night. Also, we went to “return the key” which is a requirement, and the place was closed. "The location is the best part of this hotel. The views outside the door are amazing and the Tlaquepaque shops are just a couple blocks away. It does get some traffic but I didn't really think it was too terrible. I'd stay here again next time I am in town."
