"The staff were nice at this location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the door to the rooms have an open gap at bottom, which makes it noisy when people are in the hallway. The doors are also heavy so that when closing, it makes a slamming noise which is disturbing when people are leaving their rooms."

"We came to Austin for the COTA nascar race. The hotel was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. We slept well after a long day at the race. Checkin was smooth and the agent was very accommodating. H-E-B was about 3 miles away. Very convenient for food as we had a kitchenette in our room. The neighborhood seemed safe. We never felt unsafe. Convenient to the highway. There’s a nice subway sandwich shop across the freeway. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Maintenance on the outside of the building is lacking. For example, there was peeling paint on the outside door of some of the rooms. The motel sign was torn-up, but that may have been due to a recent windstorm. The lobby was not open, so you pay through a window, which always suggests crime issues in the neighborhood. But the people were pleasant and took care of the business transaction with a smile. The inside of the room was clean and pleasant. Beds were firm. No issues with noise. ...

"Was really grateful that I was able to find a hotel during the hurricane that had Wi-Fi and had an opening available. I was able to get there late at night and they made an exception for me to come in after midnight. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Water was hot for a good showers, it was quiet and they had super fast internet so that I was able to work. This is a humble, yet rooms wete extra large with bright lighting. I was perfectly safe as a solo female traveler."

"We had a great time! We made use of the fire pit by the main house at night and caught and released over a dozen fish from the pond in one morning! We had 4 couples so we split up between the main house, the cabin and the guest house. Everyone could retire to their own place, it was great! The host (Sheryl) was very communicative and helpful. We definitely would stay here again."
