"Excellent apartment hotel. I've stayed at other Locke hotels before and they all share a similar design, merging elements of a smart apartment hotel, or a cool hostel, together with the sort of slightly pricey on-site bars/restaurants you might get in a 5-star hotel. Lobby area is a bit underwhelming here but good facilities overall. I believed I received a free upgrade due to Expedia membership, to an impressive 2-room apartment. The immediate area is very clean and modern, with a Sainsbury's 3-mijs away. Not much going on though and slightly too far/roady to walk to central Cambridge."

"Lovely room. Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. I requested a bath for my room and this was provided. My room was very quiet, bed very comfortable and clean. Will definitely use this accommodation again when visiting Cambridge "

"One of the best hotels for customer experience I've been to: the staff were helpful, polite and always greeted you with a smile. I had contacted them on booking and said it was a special occasion, and when we arrived there was a lovely card and treat waiting for us as a surprise, such a lovely touch. The reception staff were also fantastic at catching my random emails asking for little things to ensure a special surprise for my partner wasn't spoiled; they played along and it went off without a hitch. The Bentley experience was lovely. Only minor complaints were the room smelt a bit musty, but I think the ventilation for the bathroom wasn't as strong as it needs to be. And there was a lot of noise from the room above when they had a shower at 6am on a Sunday - it sounded like water trickling into our room. But if I'm visiting again will definitely stay again. Highly recommended "

"Our second stay here recently and, honestly, it's a superb hotel. The staff are well-trained and uniformly excellent, the rooms are beautiful, recently refurbed, with wonderful beds and gorgeous bathrooms. We can't fault it and look forward to our next visit."
