I had a fine stay, but the room wasn’t as nice as typical ibis rooms (I stay in ibis hotels often). The lobby is modern and updated but the room I stayed in needed some updating to match the lobby and typical ibis rooms.

Bebidas caríssimas. Uma lata de guaraná foi 8 reais. 5. A modernidade e conforto do hall de entrada e restaurante são incompatíveis com os quartos mais antigos. 6. O atendimento é 10/10. Péssimo. Só fujam desse lugar.
Péssima experiência. Fujam! Uma hora para conseguir fazer checkin, disponibilizaram o mesmo quarto para outra pessoa. Fiquei esperando um tempão com uma criança de 4 anos, exausta, com fome, até eles resolverem e pedir para a outra pessoa retirar seus pertences do quarto. 40 minutos para o restaurante preparar um macarrão bolonhesa pra minha filha. Deixaram apenas 2 toalhas de banho, nenhuma toalha de rosto. Sem contar que estranhamente cancelaram a reserva do meu irmão (foi feita por outra plataforma) e ele teve que pagar o dobro do preço pelo mesmo quarto. Única coisa boa foi o café da manhã.
