We have here an excellent option for you to enjoy the holidays, a furnished apartment, new, building with swimming pool, party room, elevators, beautiful external facade, children's play area, 24 hour concierge, apt room for two environments, equipped with sofa bed, TV, internet wifi, curtains with blackout, balcony where we can put a hammock, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, blender etc, service area, 3 bathrooms, a suite, a social and a service, we have split air conditioning in the living room and in the three bedrooms we have accommodation for 10 people.

O apartamento é ótimo tem tudo dentro, tem Wi-Fi, bem limpo e espaçoso. Tivemos um pequeno problema em relação aos ar condicionado que estavam danificados, o locatário deveria ter visto antes, pois, ficamos a maior parte dos dias tendo que dormir com toda família num só quarto que tinha ar condicionado, mas, isso é um pequeno ajuste, no restante foi tudo ótimo.

Uma estadia só não foi boa, que no anúncio dizia ter rede de internet e tv a cabo e não tinha, falei por várias vezes com o responsável e nada foi resolvido. A limpeza deixa a desejar também,. Ponto positivo a localização, próximo à praia e alguns pontos comercias.

O imóvel foi otimo, nos atendeu muito bem. Recomendo a quem precisar. Só uma observação. Precisa por um lembrete nos interruptores para 220Volts. pois tem muitas pessoas de outros estados e regiões que não lembram que exitem 110 e 220volts, com esse detalhe tive um aparelho queimado.
