"This place was perfect for a week away from the city. We came here to get some peace and quiet and work remote. This place definitely fulfilled that. The wifi worked great, no work interuptions and access to the backyard to get some sun and view of the river couldn't be beat. The hot tub was the perfect place to relax after work and Gabby was super responsive with whatever issues/questions we had. "The place was cooler than the pictures. Tucked way back in a private community was very cool. Great view of the timber and the animals. Our only complaint is that the remotes need labels, I know first world problems right!! You will not be disappointed with this cabin or the views."

Chris is a very responsive host. And if you come with two EV's, there are two external outlets (both 110v) for slow charging. A bonus. "The cabin was perfect for our stay. It’s was so clean, had everything we needed for four relaxing days. The porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and reading - even though it was pretty chilly. Nuthin’ a parka couldn’t handle. My husband trout fished in the morning and evening, and we had great meals in Viroqua, which is such a cool city!"

"Beautiful, peaceful, interesting, and lovely location and property. Lots of birds and deer. Nice trails. Cabin was quiet, quaint, and private. Visitor Center staff were kind, engaged, and knowledable. Neat displays and information. Enjoyed learning about Norwegian heritage and history. Property manager provided great communication. Signage to property was also helpful. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely visit again."

"Cozy cottage with enough room to sleep at least 10 people. Full kitchen to make all meals. Very clean and super cute. We had a relaxing couple of days over Thanksgiving weekend. It was cold but we hiked Wildcat Mountain, the Ice Cave Trail as well as many spots in the Kickapoo reserve. Beautiful Amish country with cool antique shops around. We visited Wildthings Furs right around the corner and bought affordable furs. We also found some treasures at the Amish Walmart. The reception is...
