Was able to retrieve quickly my online check-in and my two separate reservations for consecutive days. Visible improvements under the new management, with small but valuable ideas and consistency. "The room and venue were both really good. Wifi was not great and often dropped out. Breakfast staff Mon/Tues were professional and helpful but the staff on duty for Weds/Thurs definitely need customer service training. "
