"Very nice property, the staff are very nice and friendly. The only issue was they don't assign the room according to the booking. I booked standard Seaview 1 BR apartment, they assigned handicap unit. The apartment layouts are not the same, so beware what you are booking and will be assigned. "

"Bon... je reste mitigé. L'accueil tres bien. La chambre ( deluxe) est propre et spacieuse, bien équipée, bémol sur les terrasses qui sont toutes attenantes , pas top pour l'intimité. Le spa est bien, les massages sont de qualités. Gros gros point noir, le restaurant. Inutile de réserver ( chose que jai fait) ... table réservée pour 20h30 , ils nous ont mis au bar en dessous . The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!"
