"Front desk doesn't really care. I told them the elevator doesn't work; I have to carry all my luggages to the top floor. Her answer was " I know". Told her that I got food to cook but there was not a pan to cook with. Her comment was " I will tell Maintenace". I come to Ravensburg 4 times a year for business. I sure will not ever stay here again. "

"The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "
