We are not used to snow since we rarely get any back home in Texas but Frank made sure we had everything we needed to deal with the weather. This is a great base camp for families with kids or without looking to head into some of the most beautiful country in the US. "The cabin was everything we had hoped it would be. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great. We were able to put some chili in a crockpot and leave for a fun day of driving through the mountains and site seeing. Being able to come back to a warm bowl of chili and a cozy cabin was magical. The host was great at communicating and quickly responded when we had an issue with the water heater. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!"

"Loved these cabins! They were small but had a lot of space, included extra blankets and pillows which I loved. They allow dogs for an additional charge which is fine. I wish more places allowed dogs for free but it’s their business and they can choose what they want. The employee/ owner?? That checked us in was very nice, overall an awesome place! Will definitely be back, tons of deer in the area , that was cool! "

"The staff were so kind and competent. The rooms were very nice and had a lot of cool stuff for guests to use. Hammocks, coolers, walking sticks, bikes, and other things that would be useful. The hot tub and sauna area was very nice. They also had a great out door hangout area with fire pits and good chairs. I’ll definitely go back! "

"Really nice person at the front desk at check-in! Room hadn't been vacuumed well as there were several rocks and dirt on the carpet - bathroom floor was a little dirty w other people's hair and a plastic clothes pin. Shower had excellent pressure though, and beds we're comfortable. I'd def stay here again"

"This property has it all! All the amenities you could need and a great location! We could not find one thing to complain about. Adults had space and the kiddos had a space as well which was great!
