Outbuilding 7 m² (1998), 2 beds, electric light. Other outbuilding room is used by owner. Roofed grill. Woodshed. Dog compound. Large cottage on a sunny hill plot. Air conditioning. Grassed yard and mixed forest. Motor boats are prohibited on the lake. Fishing guide available by arrangement. Haukkavuori 10 km, Imatra spa 54 km, Vuoksenniskan golf 50 km, Puumala 75 km, Savonlinna 82 km.
