"Unwelcoming staff, who did not direct us to our hidden room. Staff don't want to speak English even though they work in a hotel. Only 2/6 saunas were open. No saunas were available where I could share with my partner. No adult only area. Do not go if you are looking for a relaxing break with your partner like we were. Decent breakfast. "

"We came from the US to visit a family member, this is our 2nd year in a row staying here and we love it. The price is amazing for what you get, we stayed in the Villas and the apartment was very nice. The staff have always been so nice and the area is just beautiful. The Imatran Koski is a definite must see! We are at O’Learys and had the same waiter both trips, and he was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, made us feel very welcome and the food was really good. We will definitely stay here for future visits. "
