"Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine. Table tennis and pool table was promised in the pictures but completely broken at the property. Staff was rude to is quite a lot of times especially during check out. Food was average and had to wait in line for a long time for the food...

"Too much mosquitoes around the room and inside the room. Swimming pool is not maintained for family and kids."

"Rooms are very small not even a place to keep dustbin. No Geyser working in the toilet .they do not change bedsheets regularly. Plates were not hygienic. Drinking water was not provided in the room."
