"Es una pensión funcional en el segundo piso con ascensor. Habitación con baño cómodo. El único pero... La ventana al abrirla para ventilar, casi se cae hacia adentro, la bisagra no tiene tornillos, puede generar un accidente."

"Bit of trouble accessing properly at first, as no access code came through!however it was sorted within 10min!by lovely memeb of staff!who worked in bar across road!!otherwise room/cleaning/was all good!Great shower!kitchen down below also good to have and washing machine and drying!only thing i have against is itz a 15 min away from central!so if you're looking to be bilbao itself??on a gd day!lovely walk along river!about 30min?i enjoyed walking along river!though a lot of changes going...

"Our room overlooked a noisy busy main road and there was a railway line behind the hotel. There was no air conditioning in our room. We were told the bar would not open until 8.30. We couldn't book a table in the restaurant because a coach party was booked in but if there was room they would try to fit us in. There were no alternatives within walking distance. The photos of the hotel are very misleading. I wouldn't be surprised if they had been photo-shopped!"

"Al llegar, me recibió en recepción la mujer más amable del mundo. Me hizo sentir bien recibida y me dió un juego de llaves para la habitación y a la pensión. La habitación y el servicio: limpios. La pensión se encuentra muy bien ubicada a cuadra y media de la Plaza y la estación de metro Areeta. La zona es muy segura y bien iluminada (os digo yo, que fui a un concierto en Ereaga, regresé en metro y caminé a la Pensión a eso de la 1 de la madrugada). Montón de opciones de comida al rededor....
