"It is indeed a very quiet and beautiful place, it was our first trip to a place like this, my kids really enjoyed visiting the farm, walking by the river and sleeping in a wood house! The bed downstairs really needs an upgrade, the matress is no longer good for a quality rest. The kitchen is really well equiped with almost everything you may need. The place was really clean, the TV works great and having our own real fireplace inside was almost magic! Overall a great experience, we will for sure...

"Group of 7 of us stayed for an business strategy and planning retreat. The house is spacious with many comfortable rooms and three really nice group gathering areas. From housing perspective, it was perfect for us and we never felt tight or cramped. Access to Old Rag parking was 10-12 minutes, and maybe 25 minutes to Shenandoah Nat Park Entrance, but easy. 15 minutes to Sperryville. This is is country. There is wifi at the house, but as a group we found cell coverage very spotty and wifi...

"We loved everything about Cascade Falls! The location has the most incredible views of the mountains. The house was clean and very well stocked! It was probably the most accommodating house we have ever experienced. It has all the essentials and more! The basement was the best for the kids - double bunks, couches with a tv, ping pong, and foosball. They loved it! Beds were comfortable too. "Modern cabin with all the amenities located on a hill overlooking rolling hills and the river. Wide front porch with rocking chairs to sit and admire the views. Very quiet. Owner was very communicative and available to answer questions. This is the perfect VA getaway. 1.5 hours to Dulles, 30 mins to Middleburg, surrounded by farms and country roads. Highly recommend."
