There were times that the street was briefly noisy very early in the morning but I guess that is to be expected a few times given the location and the fact that we were there a month.The loft was very conveniently located near small convenience stores, restaurants, yoga studios (2), cafes and gift shops.If you decide to rent a car there is a large, free parking lot just around...

"Nice place good location. This is not a two bedroom rather a one bedroom and the couch that opens for the “second” bedroom. If you are looking for a true two bedroom this is not the listing for you but if your okay with not really having a living room/ couch to sit on go for it. We were out all the time so it didn’t matter to us. "

"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment, the perfect size for 2-4 people. Beach was a few steps away and lots of restaurants and small supermarket were within easy walking distance. We had a car to visit nearby towns, but free parking was readily available in the middle of Salema. My only recommendation would be for a table fan in the bedroom to keep the room cooler at night. "

Our stay was very nice but with some little improvements would it have been close to perfect: - appartment was clean but partially greasy - drain in main shower was clogged - small bowls for cereal or snacks would be nice - wifi PW in the document map was wrong, could be updated - wifi only available downstairs, not upstairs - no sun beds - bench and wooden table in the garden unstable - grill dirty - batteries for remote control of the garage extremely low "

"We, two couples in our 70’s, spent three nights at the House By The Sea. Overall, the experience was positive. The house is showing some signs of aging, but was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was adequate and well supplied. The walk to the beach isn’t far, and we enjoyed exploring the small beach town. We visited in October and experienced a stormy, rainy time, so the downstairs bedroom area was quite dark and a bit damp. I imagine that in bright, hot periods this would provide...

"Lovely property, great for my family of 4. Only 10 minutes drive to Lagos or Luz or 10 euros in an uber. Swimming pool lovely, beds are very frim could do with a topper. Owners near by and very friendly. We stay 2 weeks wish it was much longer. Lots to do for days out, dolphin watching is a must .Small car recommend to fit through property gates (we had a fiat panda) Enjoy your stay."

"Burgau is a great family holiday destination with a gorgeous beach and lots of restaurants cafes etc. The lower appartment was super clean and a nice size with air conditioning which worked well. It was a quick easy walk to the beach but quiet at night- maybe thanks to the shutters on the windows. The roof terrace was brilliant- lovely big space which was shared with my parents who stayed in the appartment above us.. we may not have enjoyed sharing with people we didn’t know. Would recommend...
