"Check-in was quick, simple. Viewed the pool it was clean and large with lots of table & chairs with lounge chairs. Had carts to get everything to our room asked for 1st floor and by the time we got there it was ready for us. The room WoW new, everything was new,, the bed was comfortable, towels soft & also new, they gave me extras a the front desk. Water pressure was high, Breakfast bar hot food, from eggs, bacon, biscuits w/gravy, French toast,(homemade), to apples and pastries. Will stay again. Thank you Amanda (the lady at the desk) "

"This was far and away the best "budget" hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was HUGE compared other places, immaculately clean, and the staff were all very courteous and friendly. The kid of treatment you'd expect from rural folks who treat everyone as family. I can't recommend this highly enough. If you're planning a stay in this area, don't even bother looking elsewhere. This is where you want to stay. "

"Nick was a gracious host and an excellent communicator! This property met all our needs with adult children and grandchildren - everyone had their own space and plenty of things to do. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to stop at the small dock to pick up and discharge passengers. When we weren't boating, we could relax on the deck or beach or fish off the dock. Nick's place was equipped with all the supplies and appliances you need to have a relaxing and amazing visit to Lake Anna. We would definitely return!"

"The house is thoughtfully designed. If you book this property because someone in your group is wheelchair bound, the house does have a outdoor elevator giving access to the second floor, however the doors on the second floor are tricky to get through, they don’t have a ramp for the small step in the entry way. Besides that the house is absolutely lovely. The property manager and the owner is very responsive. "
