"We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

"L'immobile avrebbe qualche lavoretto da fare, ottimi gli spazi e buona la posizione peccato il traffico e soprattutto il caldo!!! (Anche se penso che come in questo Agosto capiti poche volte). Le pentole forse le cambierei (un pochino troppo datate). Host gentile e disponibile!! In ogni caso è stato un buon soggiorno.... in fondo a Santa si sta sempre bene!!!!!"

"We quite liked this apartment. It’s spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the balcony in the living room features a nice view of the mountains. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. The check-in and out was smooth. You get a free parking lot in the underground garage. Though it may not accommodate rather large cars (was fine for VW Polo)"

"This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !"

"administration before arriving was easy and correct. Upon arriving i met the very wonderful owner who shared all the details of the property and was very friendly. The property was an absolute delight. Views, quite location but with Rapallo down the road with everything. I particularly enjoyed the range of books at the property. The accommadation is an ideal lovers get away, a bit in the hills and private."

"We came up from Rome on the train and found our cozy apartment not far from the train station. As older visitors negotiating the spiral staircase with our luggage was a challenge. But it added to the charm of the apartment. It was a great location not far from the bus stop nor from the bay. A short walk along the waterway brought us to all sorts of restaurants and shops. "Nice apartment, pretty views, and convenient location. Check-in is inconvenient— you need to coordinate with a person who constantly is texting and messaging you rather aggressively. Meanwhile, when you need them, they do not answer you for hours. Keep in mind — there is no air conditioning. We stayed in July and it was very hot.
